INVITATION TO PUBLIC CONSULTATIONS FOR STAKEHOLDERS AND PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS
As part of the project “Reconstruction of the regional road M-41 in Surkhandarya region (Uzbekistan Program for Multimodal Connectivity and Logistics (R180602))”, LLC “Al Mar Consulting” will conduct public consultations with stakeholders and residents of the Surkhandarya region on October 30–31, 2025.
In accordance with Annex No. 3 to the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-330 dated October 10, 2023, “On measures to further improve the road sector,” the implementation of the project “Reconstruction of the M-41 Bishkek–Dushanbe–Termez highway, section 1444–1622 km (178 km)” (first phase — section 1525–1622 km) is currently under preparation. The project is financed by the World Bank.
LOCATIONS AND TIME OF THE PUBLIC HEARINGS:
• Kumkurgan district – October 30, 12:00
• Jarkurgan district – October 31, 10:00
• Termez district – October 31, 14:00
The hearings will be held in the buildings of the respective district hokimiyats (local administrations).
ADMISSION IS FREE.
