PROJECT AIM: studying the behavior and needs of subscribers, taking into account the risk of changing the mobile operator in the following aspects:

-Attitude and brand perception of the MAJOR mobile operator;

-Attitude and brand perception of the PREVIOUS mobile operator;

-Reasons for changing mobile operator.

DESCRIPTION OF ACTUALLY PROVIDED SERVICES IN THE PROJECT:

To implement marketing research, the company's specialists used a quantitative method of data collection, in particular face-to-face interviews with subscribers of mobile operators. The sample of subscribers was based on equal proportions for each mobile operator and number of the total population. The sample of the project was distributed by 25% for each mobile operator (Ucell, Beeline, UMS, Uzmobile). The company's interviewers conducted 1,000 interviews with mobile subscribers using a developed questionnaire. The data collection was carried out in 13 regions and Tashkent city within four weeks. For the convenience of conducting the survey, the questionnaire was filled out on tablets. After the completion of the survey, the data was exported to the server in the company's office. The project team was responsible for classifying the study results, cleaning the data, performing statistical analysis, and presenting the final package of analytical tables, as well as copies of the hard data set in SPSS format. The result of the marketing research was a presentation with the conclusions and recommendations prepared for the company.
