PERIOD: november 2017

PROJECT AIM: study the behavior and determine the needs of Ucell subscribers who have two or more SIM cards issued for one passport.

DESCRIPTION OF ACTUAL SERVICES PROVIDED IN THE ASSIGNMENT:

In order to implement this project, company employees held 6 Focus Group Discussions in six regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan: Andijan, Bukhara, Surkhandarya, Namangan, Fergana regions and Tashkent (one FGD in each region). A total of 72 people participated in the FGD. Average duration of focus groups: 110 minutes. During the focus group discussions, an audio recording of the conversation was made. The recordings were transcribed into text format and analyzed. Based on the results of the project, a presentation was prepared with conclusions and recommendations.
