PROJECT AIM: studying the behavior of employees of dealer shops: Ucell, Beeline, Uzmobile, UMS, Multibrand. Studying the following aspects:

-interior exterior;

-salon interior;

-operators/Consultants;

-work with the client;

-checking the knowledge of the Consultant/Operator;

-cost and payment;

-work with objections;

-farewell to the client.

DESCRIPTION OF ACTUALLY PROVIDED SERVICES IN THE PROJECT

When implementing a study, the company's employees (mystery shoppers) like potential subscribers visited the dealer shops of Ucell, Beeline, Uzmobile, UMS, Multibrand. In total, 300 sale points of SIM-cards of mobile operators were visited during the project period. The visited dealer shops were located in 13 regions and Tashkent city of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The “mystery shopper” filled out the report on the visit of dealer shop according to a questionnaire individually developed for this Client. The visit report was in the form of filled in questionnaires covering the questions that meet the objectives of the study. Reports were filled in via special program on the company's tablets. All report results were processed and entered into the SPSS database.

The result of “Mystery Shopping” study was performed as presentation and monitoring results in comparison with the previous visits over the past years within this study.
